Throwing Taster Class
£100 for one person £150 for two people
Join me for a 3 hour introduction to throwing on the wheel, perfect for complete beginners and those considering a course. In my working studio in SE7 I will guide you through the basics of making pottery on the wheel, including wedging, centering and pulling up the walls to make simple forms. Following this session your work will be fired and glazed to your specification ready for local delivery, posting or collection. Date and time of workshop can be arranged to suit you.
I have one wheel in my studio which I will use to demonstrate on before you use, a class for 2 people will involve taking turns on the wheel.
If you love this session, and I hope you do, you can add on the 3 extra sessions for the course and the payment for the workshop will be deducted from the overall cost.
Multi-week Course
£350 for one person £500 for 2 people
Come take a pottery class with me at my working SE7 studio! Learn the basics of throwing on the wheel or hone your budding pottery prowess. You will receive individualised instruction and come away with in-depth knowledge of an amazing craft. All skill levels welcome, especially complete beginners! Date and time of lessons can be arranged to suit you

Each course is 4 weeks long and you can select 4 pieces for firing. In order to make this course more environmentally friendly weeks 3 and 4 may not run on consecutive weeks, this is to ensure the kiln is filled to capacity. Once your work has been fired it can be delivered locally, posted or collected.
